The District systems are taken off-line for regular maintenance and backups on a set schedule as shown below. During this time many software applications are not available to students, faculty and staff. If you are trying to access an application during one of these times and it is not responding to you as expected, please wait until the expiration of the time period and try again before contacting the help desk.

- Informer - Friday, 3 am to 7 am
- Colleague - Thursday, 12 am to 4 am, Friday, 3 am to 7 am
- General Maintenance for all Systems - Friday, 3 am to 7 am
